In WSJ. Magazine's Summer digital issue, Kendall Jenner, the 27-year-old model, opened up about her thoughts on starting a family and her plans for the future.

While she expressed excitement for the time in her life when she would have children, she clarified that it wasn't something she was ready for at the moment. "I'm excited for that time in my life," Jenner shared, referring to having kids of her own. However, she acknowledged that it wasn't the right time for her yet. Although she expressed enthusiasm for motherhood in the future, she made it clear that she had other priorities at the moment.

When asked about her plans to raise a family in Los Angeles, Jenner confirmed that she intends to leave the city. In response to whether she would stay in L.A. during that phase of her life, the model confidently stated, "Oh yeah. You heard it here first." This decision sets her apart from her siblings, who have chosen to raise their children in Los Angeles.

During season 2 of The Kardashians, Jenner's mother, Kris Jenner, had a conversation with her about the possibility of starting a family. Kris suggested that it might be time for Kendall to have a baby, prompting an uncomfortable reaction from the model. Kendall expressed that she was not ready yet and emphasized that it was her life and her decision to make.

In a confessional, Kendall further explained her viewpoint, stating that she still had a lot to figure out before welcoming a child into her life. She expressed contentment with enjoying life on her own and indicated that she was okay with her current situation. Kendall's response highlighted her desire to focus on her own personal growth and journey before taking on the responsibilities of parenthood.

Kris, however, reminded Kendall about the biological aspects of fertility and aging. She mentioned that Kendall's "egg count goes down a little bit" with each passing year. Seeking further advice, Kris contacted gynecologist Dr. A, who had been assisting Kourtney Kardashian on her fertility journey. Dr. A recommended egg freezing, especially if Kendall had a partner, as it would help preserve the quality of her eggs. This suggestion added a new perspective to the discussion. In a lighthearted manner, Kris teased that the unanimous decision was to have a baby, implying that Kendall might reconsider her stance in the future.

However, Kendall's current focus on self-discovery and personal fulfillment remains her priority. As Kendall Jenner continues to navigate her career and explore her own path in life, she is clear about her intentions to eventually start a family but recognizes the importance of timing and personal readiness.
