In an amusing twist, it seems that Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family, once forgot about one of her properties.
On the season two premiere of The Kardashians, Kris and her daughter Khloe Kardashian visit her Beverly Hills condo in California. However, Kris openly admits on camera that she had completely forgotten about owning the apartment.
During their visit, it becomes apparent that Kris hadn't been to the condo in quite some time. This is evident from the contents of the fridge, which include numerous bottles of Champagne, water, and even a bottle of vinegar. Khloe, surprised by the abundance of Champagne, questions her mom about it, to which Kris responds with a lighthearted explanation, saying it's there "in case of an emergency."

Further exploration of the condo reveals an assortment of items in the freezer, including frozen dinners, vegetables, and bags labeled "do not eat." Kris and Khloe take it upon themselves to clean out the fridge and freezer, giving the neglected condo some much-needed attention.

Later in the episode, Kris shares the peculiar reason she keeps the condo - it serves as her personal gift wrapping station during the holidays. She affectionately refers to it as "Santa's Workshop" but admits that she hadn't visited the condo since the previous December, indicating that it tends to slip her mind once the holiday season is over.

While Kris Jenner's forgetfulness about one of her properties may seem extravagant, it aligns with her extensive real estate portfolio. With a reported net worth of $230 million, it's no surprise that she owns multiple properties. In fact, she is even expanding her real estate ventures.
Reports from April indicate that Kris and Khloe are nearing completion on side-by-side mansions in Hidden Hills, a project they embarked on in 2021. Both mother and daughter reportedly invested $10 million each to secure the land, which was originally sold as a single estate.
Meanwhile, Kris's youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner, is also constructing a lavish mansion in close proximity to Kris and Khloe's neighboring estates. Kylie purchased the property in 2020 for $15 million and decided to demolish the existing structure to make way for her own customized mansion.
