Damon Dash isn't hanging around for the Grammys yanking Kanye West from its exhibition setup... demanding the Recording Academy has no spot making a decision about him or some other hip-bounce artist.

We found the rap head honcho Tuesday at LAX, and he's so pissed about the Ye-Grammys circumstance that he says now is the ideal time to kick the entire honor show to the check... telling us, "We make our own Grammys." Keep in mind, despite the fact that he can't perform, Ye can go to the show - - in this way, we asked his thought process would occur assuming he wins and gets in front of an audience to acknowledge his Grammy. DD says it shouldn't at any point end up like that, since he's reassuring Ye to skip it out and out.

Damon's embracing the hypothesis the Grammys are obsolete and withdrawn from hip bounce - - and lets us know he didn't go either when he was selected. He's plainly over Academy executives judging who's hot and who's not in the business.

As Dame puts it, "They gotta respect our culture." As we revealed, Kanye was banned from performing at the current year's honor show, because of his "concerning online behavior"... ya know, his web-based assaults against ex Kim Kardashian, her new bf Pete Davidson and a huge number of others.

Bunches of people have leaped to Ye's guard, including Grammys have Trevor Noah - - at whom Kanye discharged a few internet-based shots - - saying he needed the rapper to get counseled, not canceled.

Damon's thought is getting steam. On Tuesday, J. Ruler approached hip-bounce craftsmen - - including Ye, Drake, and Nicki Minaj - - to fight the honor show and get together to play out an enemy of Grammys show.

He's going for the Recording Academy's neck, as well... he needs to do the show in Las Vegas on April 3 - - that very evening and area of the Grammys.

Almost certainly he can rely on Dame's help.
