Kanye West has communicated, openly, his discontent over his and Kim Kardashian's girl, North, being on TikTok - - yet we're told ... the 8-year-old can't sign on without mother's consent.

Sources near the previous couple tell TMZ ... North doesn't have her own TikTok account, nor does she have the application on her own telephone any longer. All things considered, we're told North can get to TikTok through a shared service on Kim's telephone - - and just uses it in her mom's supervision.

In addition to that ... yet, our sources say the remarks for North and Kim's record are completely crippled. We've even addressed sources at TikTok who tell us ... North and Kim's record passes the organization's agreements for minors.

Presently here's the reason Ye may be in an altercation over this ... as per one more source up to date. We realize there was, truth be told, an episode as of late where North went live on TikTok from her own telephone - - yet our sources say Kim restrained her over that and rolled out the improvements then, at that point.

We're informed Kim, Kanye and his cousins even had a conversation over the occurrence, and they consented to the new boundaries that North is presently restricted to ... also known as, no online media on her telephone, and simply having the option to bounce for through her mother with her mother there as well.

So ... our sources say it's befuddling to Kim that Kanye is making a major fight about North's new video, since she thought everybody was in total agreement from previously.

Concerning why a 8-year-old would even have her own telephone ... sources near Kim let us know it's so she can have an immediate line to her father, as well as the other way around.
