Pete Davidson's never been to Kim Kardashian's home - in spite of what Kanye West may say - and there's a basic justification behind his restricted admittance to her home ... limits.

Sources tell TMZ ... Ye's case that PD was at Kim's home during the occurrence he portrayed to Hollywood Unlocked is completely bogus. We're told Pete was NOT there, nor was Kim ... she was at her office the entire day with her group.
