Kanye West is by all accounts continuing on with his own personal business later Kim made it clear she's pushing without holding anything back forward with the separation ... since he was out celebrating with Instagram model Yasmine Lopez.
Ye and Yasmine were celebrating in Houston Tuesday night ... he and Justin LaBoy moved up to James Harden's Thirteen eatery for J Mulan's birthday... YouTuber Michaela Mendez was likewise in participation, standing near Ye.

It's a sign Kanye also is continuing on ... TMZ broke the story, recently Kim documented to reestablish her conjugal status to single, STAT, and leave the wide range of various issues for one more day.
Kanye plainly needed to accommodate - - as he clarified during the show with Drake recently when he told the group he needed Kim back with the verse, "I really want you run right back to me, all the more explicitly Kimberly - - yet Kim's made it clear the marriage is finished.
As we announced ... Kanye purchased a $4.5 million home straightforwardly across the road from the family house. We're told he purchased the house unexpectedly - - so he could be near the children - - and our sources say this project will be stripped directly down to the studs ... it needs everything.
