Khloé Kardashian is "Moving On" from ex Tristan Thompson, a source tells PEOPLE in the midst of the new show with respect to his supposed disloyalty.

Thompson, 30, is right now being sued by Maralee Nichols for youngster backing and pregnancy-related charges after she said they imagined a kid together in March, as per court records acquired by PEOPLE. Nichols brought forth the child kid last week, her rep told PEOPLE. The as of late reemerged court archives were recorded over the mid-year, not long after Kardashian, 37, and Thompson separated.

"Khloé is moving on," the source says. "Tristan and Khloé have been separated for some time, and things are alright between them." Another source told PEOPLE recently that Kardashian "is familiar with the child," and affirmed that she and Thompson "were together in March," when he confessed to engaging in sexual relations with Nichols, per the court reports.

The source said the Good American head honcho had companions empowering her "over and over once more" not to take Thompson back after his previous bamboozling embarrassments, at the end of the day stayed with him "since she generally accepted that he would change" and needed to keep the family unblemished for True.

The insider added that they were "doing extraordinary" while isolated together during the COVID-19 lockdown, however, that Kardashian "realized things would change" when he got back to the NBA. "She was simply confident that he would remain devoted and faithful to her," said the source.

Kardashian and Thompson have been here and there for quite some time and most as of late split in June. In August, a source said the couple was proceeding to "keep things amicable" post-separation for the good of True.

"Khloé's objective is consistently to cause the best circumstance for True," the insider said at that point. "Notwithstanding what occurs with Tristan, Khloé needs True to realize that both of her folks love her massively."
