Khloé Kardashian is taking steps to make a legitimate move against a lady guaranteeing that Tristan Thompson fathered a kid with her. 

In a legally enforceable order acquired by sources, Kardashian's lawyer, Lynda B. Goldman of Lavely and Singer Professional Corporation, requested that Kimberly Alexander "quickly quit hassling and slandering" the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. 

The solicitation comes after Alexander purportedly created direct messages from Kardashian. Goldman guaranteed that even after Alexander confessed to faking the DMs from Khloe Kardashian, that she "kept on making unbelievable disparaging smears about Khloé, bugging her and attempting to drag her into the paternity show that you have continued imagining." 

The lawyer said that these activities happened regardless of "a DNA test from one of the country's top labs" that "affirmed that Mr. Thompson isn't the dad of your kid," the archive expressed. Alexander didn't quickly react to PEOPLE's solicitation for input. 

Goldman expressed that Alexander's supposed activities could bring about "significant obligation" on her part for "maligning and bogus light intrusion of protection."
