Khloé Kardashian is celebrating her sweetheart Tristan Thompson posting a family picture on Instagram. To pay tribute to the NBA player's 30th birthday celebration on Saturday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 36, shared a caring message via online media, calling Thompson her "dearest companion" and commending his relationship with their little girl True, who turns 3 one month from now.
