Scott Disick opened up to his ex Kourtney Kardashian about his past traumas and revealed that he wants to go to rehab to work on himself amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

For the first time ever, the Flip It Like Disick star, Scott Disick, 37, has sought help on his own accord. The troubled reality star opened about his struggles to the mother of his three kids, Kourtney Kardashian, 41, in the latest preview for the Season 19 finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Scott also confessed that he wants to check into rehab to work on his issues. “I don’t know, this whole COVID staying in, no structure, it just like doesn’t work for me,” Scott said to Kourt. “It’s like making me feel like I just can’t handle staying home, not working.”

Scott revealed that he was keeping himself busy in order to keep his mind busy during the quarantine. “Like, renting a house in Malibu for an escape and that turned into a total show with paparazzi … Ok, this is no sanctuary at all.” He then said he felt like he’s “wasted all this time” and isn’t able to have “any privacy,” in a confessional. “I just can’t handle having nothing really to do. And the truth was, I started feeling more and more anxious, more and more depressed. Like, I was gonna do something bad if I didn’t figure something out or take myself out of this position,” he added.

Scott further said that he feels bad as he never took the time to grieve the death of his parents. “I go to therapy every week, but I never have any breakthroughs and I never feel happy, you know what I mean?” he told Kourtney. “I just didn’t grieve my parents correctly or give it enough time. I just want to be the best person I can be for my family.”

Meanwhile, Scott asked Kourt to take care of her kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign as he will be off to rehab. “I am caught a little off guard, you know, because, for the first time, Scott isn’t being asked to go away,” the Poosh founder said in a confessional. “He isn’t having an issue with alcohol or drugs and it’s like, his idea. So, I think it feels really different.”
