Kanye West wrote a 'sweet poem' for Kim Kardashian!

Kim Kardashian shared a poem that Kanye West wrote for her which inspired him to make the 2010 song 'Lost In The World'.

Kanye West is truly a wordsmith! Kanye, 43, wrote a poem for his gorgeous wife, Kim Kardashian, 40, which she shared with her fans to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Ye's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy'. “For those that don’t know the story behind ‘Lost In The World’…Kanye couldn’t come up with some of the lyrics but then realized he had them in a poem he had written me that was my birthday card he gave me for my 30th birthday,” Kim wrote on her Instagram post on Sunday, November 22.

“He took the poem he wrote to me and made it the song. I keep everything!” Kanye really had stepped up as he dedicated her a poem alongside a black-and-white present-day photo of the pair. And what made the gift special was that the Grammy winner made it himself, it was a handmade card which he prefaced with “Late is better than never!” and signed, “Love 4ever Yeezy” with the help of a gold marker.

 

“You’re my devil / You’re my angel / You’re my heaven / You’re my hell,” the poem began. “You’re my now / You’re my forever / You’re my freedom / You’re my jail / You’re my lies / You’re my truth / You’re my war / You’re my truce / You’re my questions / You’re my proof / You’re my stress and you’re my masseuse.”

On the opposite side, Ye drew himself and the KKW Beauty founder as stick figures. He gave himself sunglasses and a bowtie and while Kim's “little hands” held a Birkin bag and was wearing Louboutin heels. Along with their stick figures was a sketch of a G6 jet and a yacht, which he misspelled as “yaught”.

Ye recorded “Lost in the World” with Bon Iver and made the track the penultimate track on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, which also happens to be the most critically acclaimed release of him. After everything the couple has gone through in the past months, they seem to be going strong and we are so happy for them.
