Khloe Kardashian finally tested negative for COVID-19 after a long quarantine during the new ‘KUWTK’ episode, which led to an awkward joke with Tristan Thompson over his past cheating.

Khloe Kardashian, 36, is now able to joke about her controversial past regarding cheating scandals with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, despite being hurt by it. In the Nov. 5th episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the Good American designer was finishing her quarantine after being positive for the coronavirus. She praised Tristan for taking good care of her and their two-year-old daughter True Thompson. Khloe was so alone and bored that she dressed a massage pillow with glasses and a sleep mask and called it her new BFF “quarantina.”

Koko then introduced her new BFF to Tristan via a Facetime call. The NBA player told her, “Oh lord. If you ever need a friend to talk to, I’ll stand outside your window downstairs. You know back in the day when guys would throw rocks at girls’ windows to talk to them? I could always do that. Take it back to the early ’90s!”

Eventually, Tristan came over to take care of Koko in person as she was in a solo lockdown. Khloe then gushed about him saying, “I’m so thankful that Tristan’s been here to help me take care of True, and then he’ll make me some food and leave it outside my door.” Khloe made sure that they weren't a couple at that time as the episode was filmed in March 2020. “Even though we’re not together, we’re just really good friends, and I’m really, really grateful for that,” Khloe explained.

Everything was going good between Tristan and Koko until she was tested negative for COVID-19 and they encountered an awkward moment about their past. Tristan told Koko to put on the glasses on quarantina, “Aw, you look like the smart girl I’m going to cheat off on the test.” Khloe then threw some shade, telling him, “Thank God you said, ‘On a test.’”

The former couple was together for three years and Tristan was involved in two major cheating scandals when they were still in a relationship. His first scandal was taking a strip club worker to his hotel in New York City in Apr. of 2018 when he played for the New York Knicks. Koko was pregnant with their adorable daughter True and was only days away from giving birth to her at that time.

Khloe forgave Tristan for the sake of their budding family and Tristan even won her back in the summer. Their relationship was going well and they were raising their daughter in a happy environment. But he broke Koko's trust again by cheating her on with Kylie Jenner‘s longtime BFF, Jordyn Woods, 23, at a Feb. 2019 Los Angeles house party. Khloe then dumped Tristan!

Now, the pair appears to be giving their relationship a third chance. Tristan even participated on two KarJenner family vacations: Kylie’s 23rd birthday trip in August to the Turks and Caicos, and Kim’s 40th birthday getaway to French Polynesia in October. The pair even dressed as a couple for Halloween 2020, going as Cleopatra and Mark Antony to Kendall Jenner‘s lavish Halloween themed birthday party.
