The KarJenners are planning for their annual Christmas Eve bash even after facing criticism for holding gatherings on Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian’s birthdays.

The Good American designer, Khloe Kardashian, 36, communicated with her fans during a long Q&A session on Twitter on Nov. 9. One of her fans inquired about Khloe and her family's plans for Christmas Eve regarding coronavirus restrictions and protocols and to this Koko replied positively. “I think it will have to be way smaller obviously,” Khloe said. “And I’m totally fine with that! But we’re definitely celebrating Christmas! It will just have to be small and safe. Maybe do rapid testing before. We have to think about what is safest.”

This reveal about their Christmas celebration came after two major KarJenner events which received a lot of criticisms from their fans. First was Kim's birthday when the whole KarJenner clan and their close friends flew to a private island for her 40th birthday in October. Then next on the line was Kendall Jenner's 25th birthday celebration which was celebrated with a huge Halloween party on Oct. 31. The photos and videos from the party made it clear that they weren't following the COVID-19 protocols which just triggered the critics even more.

However, the family has defended the criticisms by giving their reasons for how they are celebrating by taking proper precautions. The infamous family confirmed that all of the partygoers tested for the coronavirus before heading to the private island. Similarly, all the guests at Kendall's party also tested before being allowed inside.

“We were really responsible and we make sure everyone in our family and closest friends are tested religiously,” the momager, Kris Jenner, 64, explained. Still many of their fans were disappointed in them for throwing such parties due to their easy access to testing. Even weeks later the Kim Kardashian has been posting pictures from the lavish trip.

Despite the criticism, the family is still holding hope for some version of their Christmas Eve celebration. The KarJenner's Christmas Eve party is hosted by Kris Jenner for years and it is a massive, star-studded affair, which is joined by many celebrities. But as the pandemic is still going on, we'll have wait and see how the family will celebrate this year.
