When Khloe Kardashian opened up about her diagnosis with the COVID-19 on the Oct. 29 episode, she also revealed Tristan Thompson's sweet ways to take care of her.

The Good American founder, Khloe Kardashian, 36, updated her fans with the most saddening news on the Oct. 29 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Khloe opened up about her COVID-19 test and that she came out positive, and the symptoms in self-filmed footage. Koko was then self-quarantined in her room, which meant that she couldn't take care of her daughter True Thompson or even see her. But she was lucky and thankful to have her ex, Tristan Thompson by her side.

“Thank God Tristan is back in California,” Khloe, admitted. “No matter how sick I am, I’m still constantly focused and thinking about True. Is she okay? Does she miss me? So having her dad here gives me a little more time to focus on just me trying to get better…because this s*** is unreal.”

Khloe was quarantined for a total of 16 days and just a few days later was Tristan's birthday which he celebrated with daughter True. Khloe couldn't take part in the celebration but she sure was free to send love via FaceTime and send lots of gifts for sure. “I really appreciate how attentive and responsible he’s been,” Khloe gushed. “He asks me breakfast, lunch, and dinner what I want to eat. He literally gets it for me, puts it on a tray, leaves it at the side of my door. We have a little system. So I want him to really feel celebrated and loved. He’s been helping take care of True while I’ve been on lockdown in my bedroom.”

The clips from her illness were filmed back in the mid-March where Khloe made sure to point out that Tristan was away from her house as he also owns his own place in the L.A. area as well. However, now things have changed in months because Khloe and the NBA star are pretty inseparable these days!

The NBA star has been spotted at various KarJenner family event, but besides that, he has been added to Khloe and Kim Kardashian's early morning workout sessions. Tristan also showed PDA with Koko during Kim's surprise birthday party. He even joined the family for Kim's surprise 40th birthday bash on a private island. The pair sure seems to be back together considering their outings but they haven't confirmed it yet.

Of course this isn't the first time that Koko took back Tristan after a scandal. The couple had issues in their relationship right when she was ready to give birth to their daughter True in April 2018. Just a few days before True's birth, the news about Tristan's cheating scandal broke out. He was allowed to be inside True's hospital room but things were still cold between them. However, Khloe wanted her family together which is why she was back together by June. 

A couple of months later, the pair split again when the NBA player was caught kissing Jordyn, who used to be Kylie Jenner's former BFF, at a party back in Jan. 2019. After the cheating scandal, Khloe seemed pretty over their relationship but later they developed an amicable relationship as they had to co-parent their two-year-old. And now, in the present, they seem to have been back together. But as it's still not confirmed, you have to keep watching KUWTK.
