Kourtney Kardashian isn't "pregnant," despite the speculations about her and Scott Disick having their fourth baby after the release of the KUWTK trailer.

The POOSH founder, Kourtney Kardashian, 41, and her former boyfriend, Scott Disick, 37, are rumored to have a fourth baby, after a teaser for Keeping Up With The Kardashians dropped last month. In the teaser showed Kourt and Scott getting confronted by Kim Kardashian, 39, about the possibility of them having a fourth baby together. And what fueled the rumors more was a snap Kourt shared on Sept. 25 which displayed her large baby bump on a silhouette. But, the mother-of-four isn't having a fourth baby!

A source close to the Kardashians told TMZ this week that the reality star isn't pregnant and she is  'happy being a mother of three'. The source also explained about the KUWTK preview saying that the scene used in the teaser was 'taken out of context as a teaser'. The source also additionally confirmed that Kourt and Scott are not together and are content with co-parenting their children.

In the season 19 teaser of Keeping Up With The Kardashians which dropped last month, the beauty mogul, Kim confronted the two exes asking if they are having a fourth baby or not. The former couple already shared three kids together: Mason, 10, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 5. And in some point of the teaser, you can also find Kourtney being asked point-blank about her being pregnant and she just replies with a deer-in-headlights look. This scene is shown at the end of the trailer which raised question about the former couple's future.

Kim in the teaser asks Scott, "Scott's like we're going for baby number four, is that serious I want to know." Khloe, Kourtney, and Scott's face are shown showing their reaction and then another voice asks her saying, "Are you pregnant?" Kourtney who appeared in a red shirt with her dark hair styled half up, looked not so happy with the encounter. We didn't get chance to hear her answer in the teaser but according to the sources they were just rumors and not true.
