Kim Kardashian might be feeling the love as she shared a picture-perfect family photo with husband Kanye West and her kids North and Saint amid her husband’s mental health issues.

SKIMS founder, Kim Kardashian, 39, took it to Instagram to share a sweet family picture of the foursome on Oct. 3, where they were matching with gray pajama bottoms. And what's interesting in the picture is Kanye West, 43, who was flashing a big smile as he looked at Kim, who was posing with a peace sign while puckering her lips. Not to forget their kids, North, 7, and Saint, 4, looked absolutely adorable. North was flashing her sweetest smile while Saint was looked exhausted as he rested his head on mommy's knee. Kim simply captioned the sweet picture with a kissy-face emoji.

The pair also shares two other kids beside North and Saint who aren't in the picture; Chicago, 2, and their youngest son Psalm who is 16 months. You cannot find any problem in their marriage if you look at the picture but the fact is they have been struggling to keep their marriage well after Kanye's mental issue. Ye had opened up about aborting their first child, North in the presidential rally, then his tweet claiming to want a divorce which created a mess in their marriage. Ye did apologize Kim via Twitter and Kim also talked about his bipolar disorder with her fans.

“Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behavior know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor,” she wrote in her lengthy Instagram statement at the time. “People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try.” A source told the US Weekly in August that Kim is “focused on healing her relationship with Kanye and has been busy taking care of their kids and him.”

After Kanye's first Twitter rant he again went onto another in September where he went against the music industry claiming that he wouldn't be releasing music until his contracts are done. "The Life Of Pablo" rapper even shared a video clip of him peeing on one of his 21 Grammy awards. He even promised to help his long time enemy Taylor Swift to get her music rights back.

Later that month after the tweet, a source told US Weekly that Kim is “deeply disappointed and sad because Kanye is struggling.” The insider further explained that Kim “doesn’t care about the tweets, that is Kanye being Kanye,” but she did note that she was having trouble with “the mood swings and the manic episodes [that] are extremely difficult for Kim to help Kanye cope with.” However, a second source told that Kim is still “committed to holding it together for their kids.”

Kim is really one of a kind and Ye is really lucky to have a wife like her who will be supporting him in any situation. The beauty mogul isn't the one to let her husband go away easily. We really hope for the couple to sort out their issues and continue living happily with their four beautiful kids.
