Kim Kardashian teased her sister Khloe Kardashian saying that she thinks she's 'third-wheeling' during her workout with ex Tristan Thompson amid their reunion rumor!

The beauty mogul, Kim Kardashian, 39, felt like she was thrid-wheeling during her workout with sister Khloe Kardashian, 36, and Tristan Thompson, 29. The question is why? The KKW Beauty founder posted a photo of the trio's workout shoes on her Instagram story on Sept. 22. “Am I 3rd wheeling hard?? #TeamNoDaysOffCrew,” she wrote on the photo. What interesting is that 'hird-wheeling' is a term used when you hang out with the couples, so does it mean that Khloe and Tristan are back together!

This seemed to be an update to what Kim shared before for fueling the reconciliation rumors of her sister Khloe and the NBA player. A day prior, Kim had shared another similar photo of her workout with Koko and her ex Tristan with the caption, “Early bird special.” Not only Kim is showing her happiness with Tristan hanging out together with Khloe, but she is also showing fans how much time the two exes spend together!

It's not only Kim that's fueling their romance rumors, you guys! As you all remember, Scott Disick also sparked the rumors with his comment on Khloe's Good Swim swimsuit pic, which read, “@realtristan13 is a lucky man.” It definitely did create a buzz but the comment was deleted afterward. And not long after the scenario, Khloe and Tristan were spotted hiking in Malibu.
