With the ongoing and never-ending Lawsuit of Rob Kardashian and ex Blac Chyna, the court has denied Chyna's request of dismissing Rob's Assault and Battery Lawsuit.
American model Blac Chyna, 32's request to dismiss ex Arthur George founder Rob Kardahian, 33's Assault and Battery Lawsuit has been dismissed by the court claiming that she "did not intent to inflict injury on Rob and because she dis not in face harm him," as stated in the court documents.
'People' have reported 2017 lawsuit against Chyna has been denied stating, "The Motion for Summary Judgement filed by Angela Renee White on 02/20/2020 is Denied. Defendant's alternative motion for summary adjudication is DENIED as to both issues," according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Since then even Chyna's attorney Lynne Cianni also has been in silence in spite of many requests for the very topic. On 8th Feb, 2020, Chyna had requested court filing the motion on grounds that stating, "did not intend to inflict injury on Rob and because she did not in fact harm him, Rob's claim for assault and battery fail,".
In 2017 Rob and his youngest billionaire sister Kylie Jenner, 23 had filed the Assault and Battery Lawsuit which claimed that Chyna had then attempted to choke him with an iPhone cord during an intense fight in previous December, which took place at a home owned by Kylie. In addition, the lawsuit opened up about Rob allegedly ending up suffering injuries to his neck, head and face. Kardashian claimed that Chyna did extensive damage to Jenner’s home, which Jenner claimed were in excess of $100,000.
