Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to steer their fractured relationship into the positive side and make it work with a family trip before things get worse.

Kanye West, 43, was spotted with his son Saint West, 4, boarding on a plane in Wyoming and it turns out that they weren't just the two on the plane. The famous rapper's other half Kim Kardashian, 39, and her three kids ( North, 7, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 1) were already on board as the couple has decided to take a private family trip to make things work. 

A source close to the couple told TMZ that this trip was planned during Kim and Kanye's emotional reunion in Wyoming last weekend. Their relationship is on thin ice after the rapper's Twitter outburst and they haven't seen each other much for months. Meanwhile, Kanye was working out on his album in his Wyoming ranch and Kim was looking after her four kids.

The couple's relationship took a serious turn when "The Life of Pablo" hitmaker opened up about his private matter publicly in his South Carolina rally as well as Twitter. Kanye also mentioned that he was trying to divorce Kim and he has been mentioning it a lot of time. 

TMZ broke the story that during Kim and Kanye's reunion last week in Wyoming ranch they had talked through about Yeezy to get treatment for his bipolar series. The pair had this vacation planned out and this will be the first trip they have been to in a long time.
