Kylie Jenner going the max speed this quarantine to broad her real state as just after her $36.5M mansion purchase, she has purchased another $15M state making a new record.

Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner, 22 is making a good use of earning as she has yet again expanded her real state worth $15 million for a vacant lot in Hidden Hills which is 5 mostly-flat acres previously owned by 'Malibu' hit maker Miley Cyrus, 27.

Just after days of purchasing of $36.5M resort style mansion, billionaire Kylie has made another purchase of 15$ Million which is quiet a record for her purchase yet and is said to be one of the largest in all of Hidden Hills. The land is currently bare, but Variety has reported that the sale also included approved plans for an 18,000 sq. ft mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for full-time security detail, a sports court, and a pool. Future will tell if Kylie will stick with these plans or customize a dream house of her own.

The land Kylie bought is said to have some Hollywood history as it was previously owned by Miley Cyrus back in 2015 and used to keep her horses there. After three years she sold the property in 5$M to someone not related to Hollywood and never built a home on it.

Kylie might later get settled down there as he latest invested property is also near the rest of her family. The Hidden gated community is next to Calabasas a place where all KarJenner clan are residing. Also other celebs like Drake, The Weeknd, John Stamos, Jessica Simpson, and Kylie’s arch-nemesis/fellow cosmetics tycoon Jeffree Star all live there.
