Kourtney Kardashian still rocks an awesome body inspite of her three children and her age and she has shared some secrets she has worked on after she gained 40lbs with each pregnancy and got back into shape.


'Poosh' founder Kourtney Kardashian, 41 has shared some of the different ways she went through for getting her pre-baby body after each of her three pregnancies in her website Poosh.


Talking about Kourtney, she is already 41 and has three children but she looks half her age with her toned body that could beat any young body. However, she revealed in her website, she had to work for her toned body. In a new article for her for Poosh, Kourtney revealed that she as most of the woman gained high weight exactly 40 pounds with all three of pregnancies. But revealed she didn't went with same techics for each of her pregnancy. Among all her biggest recommendation for weight loss after pregnancy is breastfeeding, which she said really helped her after she welcomed Mason Disick in Dec. 2009.


After her first child Mason's birth, Kourtney admits she wasn’t into “intense workouts,” so her routine mostly consisted of “two to three mile runs” around the neighborhood, along with at-home workouts. However, she breastfed for 16 months, which was a big help in keeping the weight off. She said, “[Breastfeeding] forces you to eat super clean for your baby, drink much less alcohol and caffeine, and hydrate with a ton of water. It’s amazing for the baby’s immunity and strength, and it burns around 700 calories each feeding.”

Talking about Kourtney’s second child, Penelope Disick, born on 2012, she admitted she had more trouble getting the weight off that time around. She tried “mellow workouts and yoga,” for straight two years but without the wanted result she finally hired a trainer who got her into high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, which included jump lunges, squats and running up stairs. One shockingly hard workout she recommends? Jump rope! “I know it may not sound like much, but have you ever tried it? Try jump roping for just five minutes. It’s intense.”

Just few months after intense training Kourtney found out she was again pregnant with her third child, Reign Disick, who she gave birth to in December 2014. She said to have jumped right back into the HIIT workouts as soon as it was safe after Reign’s birth. Kourtney admitted “It felt so good. Especially since I was going through my breakup with Scott [Disick], I found that these workouts helped crush my anxiety.”
