Taylor Swift tearfully performs ‘Soon You’ll Get Better’ in One World: Together At Home

Taylor Swift participated in One World: Together At Home organized by Lady Gaga where she performed her most heart touching difficult to perform song ‘Soon You’ll Get Better’.

'Lover' hit maker Taylor Swift, 27 took her time out from her Quarantined life for her fans to perform One World: Together At Home Event organized by Lady Gaga with an unforgettable performance of the song 'Soon You'll Get Better' which she has previously informed to be one of heart touching song that would be difficult for her to perform.

Taylor performed from home, sitting in her piano looking tearful, joining the One World: Together At Home global telecast with an incredibly powerful moment. The song she performed “Soon You’ll Get Better” was one of the song from her recent album, Lover. The song was said to be about her mother’s only health struggles and about the feelings of fear during that time she had for her mother to go through such a difficult time. Thus, she had claimed it to be a very difficult song for her to even perform to reminisce that pain again.

Sadly this might be last performance of Taylor this year due to Coronavirus pandemic as just few days ago she have sadly announced the cancellation of upcoming Lover Fest tour as well as other other appearances or live performances. Her team released a statement saying, “Fighting COVID-19 is an unprecedented challenge for our global community and the safety and wellbeing of fans should always be the top priority. With many events throughout the world already cancelled, and upon direction from health officials in an effort to keep fans safe and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, sadly the decision has been made to cancel all Taylor Swift live appearances and performances this year.” Lover Fest was meant to perform several dates in Europe, Brazil, and the United States but has been postponed till next year.
