Selena Gomez has confessed that she actually has Bipolar disorder during re-union Instagram Live with Miley Cyrus and confesses of not being having fear of it no more.



'Lose You to Love Me' hit maker Selena Gomez, 27 has opened up about her Mental health having bipolar disorder to which she doesn't fear anymore having a proper knowledge and treatment during the reunion Instagram live with 'Wrecking Ball' hit maker pal Mylie Cyrus, 27.

Selena guest appeared and reunited with former frenemie Miley in her Instagram Live Show BRIGHT MINDED: Live With Miley as everyone are currently in home quarantine due to Coronavirus pandemic. There they had few chat where Selena revealed of having bipolar disorder which is a mental condition marked by alternating periods of elation and depression. She said, “Recently, I went to one of the best hospitals in the world — or definitely in America — McClean [Hospital, in Massachusetts], and I discussed that after going through years of a lot of different things, I realized that I was bipolar,” Selena further added, “And so, when I know more information it actually helps me; it doesn’t scare me once I know it. And I think people get scared of that.. I’m from Texas, where it’s not known to talk about your mental health. You’ve got to seem cool.”


Selena has gone through so much in her life like battling with anxiety, depression and lupus and now she reveals of even having a bipolar disorder. But she has revealed she has no more fear of the disorder and she is gaining more information about it and getting a proper treatment.


Selena had always been candid and talked to her fans about mental problems and encouraged her fans to not be afraid of such problems as for now people are currently living in home quarantine and might also face mental disorder, anxiety and depression and encourages not to hide it but to share those problems with others.
