Spanish princess Maria Teresa of bourbon-Parma sadly died due to infectious Coronavirus being the first Royal person in the world to die because of deadly Coronavirus.


Princess Maria Teresa of Bourbon-Parma, who was the cousin of Spain’s King Felipe IV died on Thursday (March 26) in Paris at the age of 86. The whole country has in mourn for the great loss that the country has go through along with the Coronavirus still creating death and fear all over Spain. Luckily, King Felipe of Spanish has been tested negative from Coronavirus.

A mass was held in her honor the next day in Madrid in the remembrance and honor of the Princess. During the mass gathering, Princess's brother Prince Sixto Enrique de Borbon, the Duke of Aranjuez, announced,  “On this afternoon… our sister Maria Teresa de Borbon Parma and Borbon Busset, victim of the coronavirus COVID-19, died in Paris at the age of eighty-six" 


Maria Teresa, who grew up in France, was known for advocating for women’s rights and socialist ideas.

Coronavirus which is causing pandemic, currently proving to know no country boundaries, no higher or lower status, no rich or poor. Currently almost everyone may be the victim of Coronavirus. Talking about the Royals all over the world, both Prince Charles of Great Britain and Prince Albert of Monaco have tested positive. Wish them for the fast recovery.
