We all know how much the mobiles phones plays a vital role in developing our life which helps to make world closer and helps to do the work very easier and faster as all we know in each and every benefit has a wrong expect mobile phones also have such SAR (specific absorption rate) which is a indication of the rate/amount of radiation is absorbed by our head and by our body. In short form it is basically the amount of electromagnetic field produced by the mobile phones.
This value of SAR is measured by the maximum energy absorbed by the unit of mass exposes tissue of a person using a mobile phone its value normally measured in expressed in the units of watts per kilogram (W/kg) means 1g or 10g of tissue. It is like a hidden feature in the mobile phone which we can’t see or feel it a form of human shadow which always follow you and absorbs a certain energy  when we are exposed to the magnetic field/or radio frequency/electromagnetic field.
We can even check this SAR value in our mobile phones by dialing a USSD code *#07#, in our mobile phone if the value of this SAR below 1.6 Watts per kilogram(1.6 W/kg) then it is ok to use if not then you are advised to change your Smartphone immediately.

· If there is high value then what kinds of damage it will bring to us.
1.  It will damage our tissues.
2.  It will make your brain prone as because of maximum absorption region in the head.
3.  It will directly give damage in our mental health.
4.  It will increase your stress level.
5.  It will decrease your production of melatonin in your body.
6.  Fatigue and gives you headache and causes the infertility in men.

·  How to be safe from this.
1.  Minimum use of mobile phone.
2.  If you are doing the long conversation then use the earphone.
3.  Do not keep the mobile phone near your head while sleeping.
4.  Do not keep mobile phone in pocket for the long time especially in chest side.

For the healthy and long life we have to start from today if not then it will late in coming days so beware of it.
