Now we all knew that how much there is importance of healthy life style in our life but we all do careless because of that there is occurring of different diseases.
Because of the unhealthy behaviors or mother and father in
the past new born and small kids have been suffering very dangerous diseases
like different types of cancer diseases like blood & skin cancer etc that much only not people now days are
very much other generation to generation transforming diseases like TB, asthma,
hepatitis etc.The all happening because of our unhealthy environment unhealthy
food more consumption of junk food and using of other technological devices
which makes us lazy and which directly hampers our health.
Then how we
have to make our life healthy so we are going to discuss on this point

No
consumption of food more than your body need
As we all know in different t parties and other in
home also we do not care how much and which thing we are consuming if it is
good in taste then you consume more which causes you stomach problem.

Sleeping at
the proper time and wake up at the proper time
Nowadays we are very much careless
about our sleeping time because for fresh and healthy start we need a proper
sleeping.

In a day
our body need at least 1 hour exercise
To maintain our body we need to do exercise properly
because we have to maintain our diet properly and carefully for doing that at
least in a whole day we need to do one hour in a day.

Less use of
mobile phones and other technology
In the modern tech world people are using mobile
phones carelessly and other tech devices which make our body lazy and our eyes
power week.
In overall
our body need a proper care and love so we have maintain body and do exercise
and have to maintain the diet properly.
