Kim Kardashain West has now reacted and slammed to the rumors that has been going all over the internet that she left her sick child in the hospital alone and went to attend her New Year's party together with her husband Kanye West.

'Keeping Up with the Kardashain' star Kim Kardashian, 37 has finally reacted to the rumors that has been going on in the internet questioning her motherhood love and care towards her son Saint West. Recently Kim revealed that she had her son Saint hospitalized for few days as he was caught by pneumonia. She didn't revealed the news to her fans the very moment but after the new year celebration.

As she uploaded her New Year Eve's party pic was uploaded and her son was also sick at the same moment, her fans were disappointed that she should have been giving time to her son rather than partying enjoying New Year Party.

Kim slammed the rumors tweeting, "“I haven’t heard this BUT lets get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. We were there Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don’t even try me when it comes to my kids,” Kim told a fan asking why people keep saying she left Saint alone. The tweet surely cleared the air with this tricky situation.
