When Big Mom was board on Sunny,Jinbe stands up to her and tell her that her wedding Cake wasn't there because Perospero lied to her which anger Big Mom even more and begins attacking Jinbe where he dodges her attack but her being on the ship While  huge Titan is on top of her head is making the whole ship catch fire.

To put out Big Mom Jinbe uses his Ocean Current Shoulder Throw which Temporary halts Big Mom as well Jinbe then uses his Vagabond Drill and Punches Big Mom right in the stomach with such strong attack which infact that enough to completely knock Big Mom back and off the ship completely which zeus catches her before she can fall in the ocean and really only angered further but the attack but Jinbe did major damage to Big Mom in the Moment.
