In a recent podcast interview on Bunnie XO's Dumb Blonde, Shanna Moakler, the 48-year-old model, voiced her concerns about her ex-husband, Travis Barker, accusing him of questionable parenting practices and lavish gift-giving that she cannot afford.
The former couple shares two children, Alabama, 18, and Landon, 20, and Travis is also a stepfather to Moakler's 24-year-old daughter, Atiana, from her previous marriage to Oscar De La Hoya. Moakler did not mince her words as she discussed Barker's alleged issues, stating that his drinking, womanizing, and addiction were significant problems. She expressed her feelings of being treated unfairly, claiming, "He did me pretty dirty. His drinking is a problem. His womanizing, his addiction."

The model also took aim at Travis Barker's current wife, Kourtney Kardashian, calling her family "disgusting" and accusing Barker of engaging in parental alienation when he entered into a relationship with the Poosh founder. Moakler asserted that she distanced herself to prevent her children from bonding with Barker over shared negative feelings towards her.

Moakler shared, "You're disgusting. I removed myself so that they couldn't bond with my children over hating me. Go do what you guys need to do and when you're ready, I will be here loving you unconditionally."
The accusations extended to claims of Barker using his wealth to win the favor of their children, portraying himself as the superior parent. According to Moakler, Travis consistently wanted to be seen as the "super dad," asserting his superiority even when they were not together. She lamented, "You're the winner here. You have all the money and you have all this. You're the winner."
Moakler expressed concern that her children were being influenced by the Kardashian family's fame and glitter, emphasizing the challenges of competing with the extravagant lifestyle they provide. She highlighted the contrast between their living situations, stating, "I can't give them that. I don't have that. I don't have access to that. I can't buy you guys Prada every other week and stuff. I don't. I can't do it."

Acknowledging the financial disparities, Moakler emphasized the differences between their homes, pointing out that her house is not a mansion like Travis Barker's, lacking amenities such as a movie theater or golf carts for the kids to drive. The model also emphasized her financial limitations compared to Kourtney Kardashian's ability to provide a lavish lifestyle for her children with ex Scott Disick.
