Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian 'mingled' with Elon Musk when they went to the 2022 Met Gala in New York and their 'friendly banter' became 'entertaining' at a certain point.

Pete Davidson, 28, established very much a connection with Elon Musk when he went to the 2022 Met Gala with his better half Kim Kardashian, 41, last week. The Saturday Night Live entertainer made the 50-year-old Tesla CEO giggle by making him a couple of quips when they "mingled together" at the trendy occasion as The Kardashians star wound up talking session her ex Kanye West.

"Elon and Kim mingled with each other for a bit at the Met Gala and even though Pete was by Kim’s side most of the night, they did chat briefly about Kanye," a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife. "It really wasn’t awkward, and Pete made a few lighthearted Twitter jokes which Elon thought was hilarious. All in all, it was just friendly banter."

"Kris [Jenner] and Corey [Gamble] were there too, and while it was mostly pleasantries, Elon asked Kim how Kanye was doing and told her to say ‘hi’ for him next time they spoke," the source proceeded. "Elon also said he was going to reach out directly and just say ‘hi.’ Elon and Kanye don’t communicate on a regular basis, but everyone knows they’re good friends. He’s been friends with Kim and Kanye for years, and he’s also very close with their family."

Pete and Kim's experience with Elon at the Met Gala occurred around similar time they wowed on the red carpet of the yearly assembling. He looked attractive in a dark suit with a thin tie and she wore the notable shimmering bare hued dress that Marilyn Monroe wore when she sang "Happy Birthday" to previous U.S. President John F. Kennedy in 1962. The fact that made an enduring impression makes it an incredible second.

Before Pete and Kim made an appearance to the Met Gala, they've been on different trips together to both easygoing and extravagant spots.
