Kim Kardashian questions sister Kourtney Kardashian after Scott Disick talks about having baby number four in the new ‘KUWTK’ trailer! 

With the release of ‘KUWTK’'s new trailer, we can know that there's a lot going on the next batch of episodes. We can find Kim Kardashian, 39, confronting her elder sister Kourtney Kardashian,41, about baby no. 4! “Scott [Disick]‘s like, ‘We’re going for baby number four,'” Kim says to the POOSH founder. With that being said, Kim doesn't stop questioning with the simple intro and asks for more information from Kourt about her decisions regarding a baby.

“Is that serious? I want to know.” says her other sister, Khloe Kardashian, 36, asking Kourt with a serious question, “are you pregnant?” Lately, Kourt and her former flame Scott Disick has been spending a lot of time together after his split with Sofia Richie, so her sisters have a good reason to question her. The duo who shares three children together (Mason, 10, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 5) are spotted together a lot which makes more sense as you come to think of it.

However, it does seem like Scott and Kourt are solely focused on co-parenting as Scott is back to being single. And as all the fans of KUWTK know that the couple has been together for over a decade now and it's unlikely for them to be away from each other for too long. Besides baby's speculations, there's a lot of things going behind in the episodes.

The trailer showed short clips of the scenes where the family lives in isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And at one point, Khloe is seen having an intense conversation with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson. And as previously covered, Koko is seen having a test for COVID-19 and Scott is being pissed at the unknown source for leaking the news about him checking into rehab.

KUWTK fans are quite bittersweet about the show coming to an end after roughly 20 seasons. Kim announced the news via her Instagram post where she mentioned that the final episodes will be airing in early 2021.
