Kris Jenner is bidding goodbye to her home in Hidden Hills, California which is near Kim Kardashian's mansion amid Kanye expressing his hatred towards his mother-in-law, Kris!

The momager Kris Jenner, 64, has been handling all the savvy business investments and recently has turned on another deal. Kris bought her house of 9,400-square-foot, having 6-bed and 8-bath home for $9.9 million and sold it for $15 million to a familiar buyer who reportedly is the heiress of Coty Inc. fortune, Katherine Harf. The house in the Hidden hills sits just across from Kim and Ye's family home and this happened amid Kanye declaring his hatred towards Kris as he thinks that she keeps meddling in his marriage with Kim Kardashian.

Coty Inc. might sound familiar as it's the same company that purchased a majority stake in Kylie Jenner's cosmetic company, Kylie Skin for $600 million. This actually made Kylie get into the range of billionaire status! Katherine now can enjoy the luxurious home featuring a stunning two-story foyer offset, a private gym, a home theater, and a den with its own bar. AND not to forget, she is now the neighbor of Kim and Kanye!

Kris bought the home in 2017 and hired Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to design the home the ways she wants it to be. “I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful,” she told Architectural Digest during a house tour in 2019. “Every single space gives me pleasure,” she said. “Every time you turn a corner, you find something beautiful, something delicious.”

Kris Jenner has said goodbye to the house in California and is no more neighbor to her daughter Kim and son-in-law Ye. Saying that she's got nothing to worry about as she's got plenty of places including her vacation home near Palm Springs.
