Tristan Thompson is reportedly not willing to take the second paternity test for the specific reason and already filed report to sue the woman who claimed her five year old son is his son and asking him for child support fund.

NBA player Tristan Thompson, 28 has taken up the paternity test for the woman Kimberly Alexander who is claiming that he's the father of his five year old son which came out neagtive but insisting on taking up second one but Tristan stopped with messing up his head and straight up reported to sue the very woman.

Basically the woman asked for the second report just because the clinic he used for his DNA test was linked with his ex Khloe Kardashian, 35 and her family thinking they might have messed with the results. But according to two experts Tristan's first paternity test resulting to negative one, he do not need to take the second the same thing again therefore Tristan followed the very instruction and backed out of the second paternity test and forwarded to sue the woman for false allegations and degrading his reputation.

According to HollywoodLife, talking about Tristan's case one expert LA based attorney Rickert said, "DNA testing brings about a great amount of grief and stress on the person being tested, and if there is no conclusive result, no retest will be allowed, It is also uncommon to dispute DNA test. i don't think this woman is justified in requesting a second paternity test."

Likewise another expert David Nicholson managing Director of DNA legal told, "less than 0.1 percent are disputed. DNA Legal tests are 99.999999% positive confirmation of paternity and 100% accuracy for exclusions of paternity. The only way to get more accuracy is to test every person in the world." He also adds when a paternity test is done providers follow a strict chain.
