Salary Certificate Sample for Abroad Studies/Travel

Salary Certificate is the certificate provided by the company you are working on which reveals the detail of your post in the company with the salary you are being provided by the company.

Salary Certificate is generally required when you are applying to abroad whether it is for the sake of travel or it is for studies and applying a raise in the new company.

 When you intend to travel abroad as a tourist, the government of the country you are travelling will trying to know what is your source of income or whether you can afford to travel in their country. Likewise, when you intend to study abroad, the government of the country you are interested to study in will ask who your sponsor will be until you study and if your sponsor's income will be strong enough to able to handle the study cost or not.

In another context, Salary Certificate can also be asked by the company you are intending to join next. Like presently you are working in a company with certain amount and you want to join another company so you have applied in the company with a certain raise compared to the current company. Then the new company will ask for your salary certificate so that they can sure the information of salary you have mentioned them and check whether it is justifiable to give you the raise. 

The salary certificate are made in the letter pad of the company with the clear information of the company like its name, location, necessary number, contact numbers, etc. It is just like other experience letter but the addition in this the salary of the person and mention that the person is currently working in the company. The details about tenure and service are also being mentioned in certain instances especially when tenure counts.The salary certificate is issued and verified by authorized person of an organization in the organization letter head with company stamp & signature of verifying person.
