The legend who conducted the grunge rock movement in 1990s, founder and front man of Soundgarden and later front man of Audioslave have died at the age of 52 in Detroit, Wednesday night just after the show.

Brian Bumbery was the one to give the statement to The Associated Press. Bumbery called the death "sudden and unexpected". Chris's death is total shock to family, friends and fans as he was well before and even performing the show previously in the good state and suddenly reached into the stage of death just like that. Doctors along with his family and his close friends are investigating for the reason of his death and we will have to wait for the reason until postmortem.

Chris Cornell seem just fine even few hours. He even tweeted “finally back to Rock City!!!!”  just hours before his death. So, he died in a very surprising and suspicious manner.

Chris Cornell was an American musician, singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist, primary songwriter and rhythm guitarist for Seattle rock band Soundgarden and as lead vocalist and songwriter for the group Audioslave. He was also known for his numerous solo works and soundtrack contributions since 1991, and as founder and front man for Temple of the Dog, the one-off tribute band dedicated to his late friend Andrew Wood.
