The outspoken talk show host "Ellen DeGenere" recently sat down with Matt Lauer for an episode of "The Ellen Show" on Thursday when he asked her if she would ever interview Trump and the answer she gave was no.

The comedienne told Matt Lauer in an interview that aired on NBC’s Today on Friday, “because I’m not gonna change his mind. He’s against everything that I stand for.”

During the interview, she was asked by the interviewer, “You’re socially aware, at times very outspoken. What’s your relationship with Donald Trump?” Adding, “Do you know him at all? Have you had a chance to interview him or talk to him?” “I don’t know him, I mean I know him from Celebrity Apprentice because when we first started the show I think season one or two we went out there and filmed something with him,” DeGeneres said. “I have not spoken to him since he’s run for president or become president,” she added ""Because I'm not going to change his mind," DeGeneres, 59, said. "He's against everything that I stand for."

Thus, she ended up telling that she has not any place for the President Donald Trump.

But she added up talking and being thankful about the President Obama and his family. The talk show host even posted a heartwarming tribute to the family on Obama’s last day as President of the United States. In the video she said, “I want to personally thank him for changing my life. I am a legally married woman because of him, and so is my wife,” referring to Australian actress Portia De Rossi. “His courage and compassion created equality for everyone. He moved us forward and made more happen in the past eight years than I ever dreamt possible. I love him. I love Michelle.”
