ABSTRACT

In this study, there are many financial and statistical instrument is calculated standard deviation shows that the dispersion of the loans and advances from the average amount is quite high. The loan circulation by the bank seems to be less consistent. The consistent in circulation of loan should be high that mean C.V should be high that mean C.V should be least which has not been obtained from these data so better care should be given in the loan performance.
The coefficient of the correlation between the total deposit and total loans and advances is 0.95, which is highly positive. This figure 0.95 shows that there is a perfect correlation between these two variables or in other words high degree of correlation. This definitely shows that by escalating the deposit the amount of the loans and advances is affected. for the analysis about the risk of these bank and also evaluation about the trend of total loan and advances of these bank.
The trend line represents the increasing trend of loan & advances of the Himalayan bank limited. The value of trend for five years 2011/12 to 2015/16. Its given regration equation, the average loan and advance maintained by the bank.

The ratio between Loan loss Provision to total Loan & advance has been presented. That increasing ratio of the provision for loan loss, to total loan & advance made by bank. In the initial period of F/Y 2011/012 bank made the provision for loan loss only Rs.66.57 million whereas for F/Y 2015/016 bank made Rs.400.73 million. It is true that provision for loan loss highly co-related with loan disbursement. But in comparison with F/Y2014/015 bank has decreased its total loan & advance.
